Refund policy

We take standing behind our product. While most underwear brands refuse returns, we are so confident in the MANHOOD™ experience that we break industry standards to ensure you are taken care of.

Treat your first pair as your personal Tester Unit. Put it to the real test in the heat. Give it a good spin. If you don't absolutely love the performance, we will make it 100% right. Simply ship it back to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it 100% upon it's arrival and inspection. No fees, no deductions, no questions, just a straight up 100% refund on your first pair once we receive it.

Because of our strict hygiene practices, we cannot resell a worn pair, and we cannot verify a pair has not been worn once it leaves our warehouse. Instead, we utilize returned units in our engineering lab for investigation, stress-test materials for future innovation, or professionally sanitize and donate them. If you order a multi-pack (which most men do!), we cannot accept a return on items after your first pair, as we cannot resell them, since can't verify they have not been unworn once it leaves our factory. Simply keep the additional pairs unopened while you test that first one. In the highly unlikely event that MANHOOD™ isn't for you, those sealed packs make incredible gifts for friends and family who need to protect their assets. Although based on our 30,000+ users, we doubt you'll ever want to part with them!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you've got written confirmation a refund has been processed, please contact our customer support
